book blogs

I thought I had better write a post that you could comment to or about! Christine had the good idea of having a blog list of good book blogs. I have hesitated in the past because I technically do not know these people. I just enjoy their blogs and just randomly found them online. But I think it is a good idea, just realize I don't know the authors at all.

The first blog I will introduce is entitled Epic Rat. I do not know why her blog is titled that, any ideas? At first glance I find this blog to be totally overwhelming, but I am now getting used to it. Though I have not yet explored everything on her sidebar. She is very good at giving descriptive post titles. She does a lot of book reviews: BkRv. She usually gives a rating of the book near the beginning of each review. I just look at the book rating and sometimes skim what she has written. A rating of 3 or below I just totally ignore. I have enough to read! She does "Book teasers," "Book Clubs," "Giveaways." She also has some fun weekly themes like "Wednesday Waits" and "Thursday Thereabouts," which by the way, I want to try tomorrow so check back then.

She also has lots of book giveaways. I just entered my second blog giveaway (Christine's was my first.) But know I noticed after Epic Rat reviewed the book I entered to win that she only gave it 3 stars, so it will be totally fine if I don't win!
